摘要: 本文通过试验分析了螺纹磨削过程中影响螺纹加工精度的主要因素及其之间的关系,以此为基础研究了螺纹的智能磨削问题,并介绍了螺纹智能磨削系统的组成原理与实现机制。

Abstract: This paper analyses experimentally the major factors that affect the machining precision in leadscrew grinding and the relationship between these factors. Based on the results, the intelligent leadscrew grinding is studied and the principle of the organization and operation of an intelligent leadscrew grinding system is introduced.
