摘要:   采用状态空间方法对齿轮实际工作状态进行仿真。齿轮动力学模型建立成一个非线性、时相关、稳定的随机系统,齿轮传动误差分解为周期误差和随机误差输入仿真系统,二阶Markov过程作为成形滤波器模拟随机误差。利用仿真系统和齿轮动态试验,研究了随机误差、综合激励状态和主要齿轮参数对齿轮振动的影响规律

Abstract:   Vibration of gears on the actual working conditions is simulated by the state-space method. The dynamics is modeled as a non-linear, time-correlated, and stationary-stochastic system. The random component of gear transmission error is simulated by a second-order Markov process used as a shaping filter. By means of the simulation software and dynamic gear tests, the main factors to affect gear vibration such as composite error, random error, speed, loud and gear parameters etc are investigated.
