摘要： 　　基于已有的工作，由极值原理提出了一个合理的分析模型并建立了相应的称之为CA1的分析程序，通过计算机数值求解，可对毛坏进行优化设计，从而确定最佳工艺参数和所需设备容量，数值计算的结果与实验值基本吻合，工作压力约为材料屈服应力的4～6倍。

Abstract: 　　Based on the previous works and with use of the limit analysis, an analysis model and a program called GA1 is proposed. In terms of the programs the optimum blanks shape would be confirmed. The comparisons show that calculation is in good agreement with experimental results. The working pressure is about 4 to 6 times of yield stress of working materials.
