摘要:   介绍了双导向静压支承镗杆轴心漂移的在线检测与补偿系统。在该系统中,通过最优调节压电陶瓷节流器的节流缝隙来改变静压轴承的油腔压力,以抵消外载荷干扰的影响,抑制镗杆的轴心漂移,进而提高被加工工件(如气缸曲轴孔、发动机箱体)的同轴度。实验结果表明,采用这种控制方法,补偿效率可达50%以上。

Abstract:   A new method is presented for on- line measuring and compensating for the axis drift in a hydrostatic bearing boring bar with double supports, in order to improve the co- axial accuracy of bored workpieces, such as crankshaft hole of combustions, automobile engine box and etc.. Wherein, a new type of controllable piezoelectric-supported throttle is designed to change the oil pressures of bearing cavities, and the effect of the disturbance load can be suppressed, and consequently, the axis drift of the bar can be compensated for by the stragy of time-optimal control. The results show that the total drift error value of the bar can be eliminated by 50% at least.
