Abstract: A static model which ensures the mold good filling and a dynamic model which ensures the stability of continuous casting are established. Typical technological parameters and the character parameters of pure aluminum are analyzed, the results show that the static pressure head is higher than the dynamic pressure head, and the pressure head in the operation must be changeable.
