摘要: 提出基于多色集合理论的机械产品概念设计的推理算法。多色集合中元素及集合本身可通过统一颜色、个人颜色来描述,用它们也能很好地描述功能方法树中层与层之间的关系,因而用多色集合理论可以作为功能分解和方案求解的推理基础,实现机械产品的概念设计。多色集合理论方法也可方便地用于计算机编程。以钻铣镗类加工中心为对象进行了方案设计,得出了满足需求的方案集。

Abstract: Reasoning algorithm based on polychromatic sets theory for conceptual design of mechanical products is brought forward. The element and set in itself of polychromatic set theory can be described with pigmentation, so that connection between layers of Function-means tree method is described well with polychromatic sets theory. Polychromatic sets theory can act as reasoning mechanism of functions decompose and project solutions for conceptual design of mechanical products. An application example is given about the conceptual design of Machining Center.
