支持再制造设计的产品失效模式信息传递模型*

Product Failure Mode Information Transfer Polychromatic Model for Design for Remanufacture

摘要:

为将产品中具有再制造重用潜能的零部件及报废模式等信息反馈到设计过程以有效支持再制造设计,提出产品层次递阶失效模式传递链及其多色模型。通过分析报废产品的层次结构、失效模式、失效程度、回收决策等信息间的关联,构建了产品层次递阶失效模式传递链模型;为了便于计算机的表达与操作,应用多色集合理论对层次递阶失效模式传递链进行数学描述,形成失效模式信息传递多色模型;通过多色集合的围道布尔矩阵推理原理识别出可再制造零部件和报废模式;给出失效模式信息反馈支持下的再制造设计流程。最后,以发动机中连杆活塞部件为例,验证了所提方法的可行性。

Abstract:

To provide effective support information for design for remanufacture (DfRem), a model of product hierarchical failure modes information transfer chain and its polychromatic model are put forward. And the parts with potential remanufacturability or reusability and the scrap modes information are turned back to the DfRem process.Through analyzing the relationship among the hierarchical structure of recycling products, failure modes and recycling decision-making, a product hierarchical failure modes transfer chain model is constructed. This model is formally described in mathematical language using the polychromatic sets to make it readily manipulated by computers, which is defined as the product failure mode information transfer polychromatic model for DfRem. The parts with remanufacturability and other parts’ scrap modes can be identified by reasoning with the contour boolean matrix of polychromatic sets.The DfRem process is given under the support of product failure mode information transfer polychromatic model.Finally, the case study of the piston connecting rod product verifies the feasibility of the proposed method.
