摘要: 从能源和伺服系统两个方面,归纳液压系统的主要故障模式;针对故障诊断的难点问题,对能源和伺服 系统故障诊断的主要理论、方法及研究现状分别进行分析和总结,对各种方法的诊断效果进行定性分析,指出各种方法的技术特点、局限性和适用范围;最后,归纳液压系统故障诊断技术的最新发展方向及需要进一步研究的问题。

关键词: 故障模式, 故障诊断, 现状与趋势, 液压能源系统, 液压伺服系统

Abstract: Based on mechanism analysis of hydraulic power and servo systems, the primary failure modes of hydraulic systems are briefly introduced. According to the key and difficult topics on diagnosis of power and servo subsystems, the theories, the approaches and the developing situation of fault diagnosis technology in recent years are comprehensive analyzed and summed up. By summarizing the advantages, limitations and applicable areas of each method, suggestions and comments are given for further research efforts.
