摘要: 为解决应变式切削测力仪的刚度的灵敏度之间的矛盾,提出了“主从弹性元件结构设计方法”,并建立了相应的力学模型。对结构的静、动态力学分析的结果表明,该结构可同时具有高刚度和高灵敏度,同时在合理的结构参数条件下也可获得很高的固有频率。给出了一个设计实例,对该测力仪静、动态特性指标的标定给出了十分满意的结果。

Abstract: To moderat the contradiction between the sensitivity and the rigidity of strain gage type cutting dynamometer, a new structure, so called secondary elastic element structure, is proposed. The mechanical model of the structure is established. The static and dynamic behaviour of the structure are analyzed and the results show that the structure has both the advantages of high sensitivity and high rigidity. And with approapriate structure parameter, high nature frequency may also be obtained. A practical example is given. Both the static and dynamic features of the newly developed cutting dynamometer are calibrated, and the results are very satisfying.
