摘要: 应用微分几何理论,推导了圆锥螺旋铣刀的几何特征,构造了三维非线性铣削力模型,提出了用双线性模型识别铣削力系数的方法。该模型具有精度高、铣削力系数与进给量相关性小和易于建立铣削力数据库等特点。仿真计算和试验结果表明该模型对圆锥螺旋铣削力预报是有效的。

Abstract: The three dimensional nonlinear milling force model of tapered end mills is formulated with its geometrical features described by using the differential geometrical theory. The bi-linear optimization algorithm is implemented to identify the milling force coefficients. For verification of the validity of the model, a set of cutting test is conducted. The simulation results show a very satisfactory agreement with those obtained by the experiments.
