铁路车轮踏面外形的逆向设计方法

摘要: 提出一种基于逆向工程概念的铁路车辆轮踏面外形的设计新概念,导出以轮径差和接触角差相对于轮对横移量的函数为设计目标的逆向设计数值算法,实现了通过轮径差或接触角差函数将车辆动力学要求与车轮踏面外形设计的直接沟通,可以指定需要的等效斜度和轮径差等信息反求踏面外形,并且还能同时计及钢轨的实际外形、轨底坡和接触点的分布位置、并研制相应的计算机程序。基于轮径差函数的算法适用于刚性轮对的踏面外形设计,可以设计出不同速度要求与曲线通过导向性能要求的踏面外形;基于接触角差的算法适用于独立轮对的踏面外形设计,可以设计出具有不同重力复原刚度的踏面外形。通过几个算例验证了这种方法及其软件的可行性。

Abstract: An inverse idea for rational design of railway wheel profiles is presented. A method with the target of rolling radii difference function or contact angle differences function is presented. By this method, profiles of wheels can be educed with good coherence to the target functions which play important roles in the dynamics of railway vehicles. The method based on the rolling radii difference function is suitable for the design of wheel tread profiles for rigid wheelsets considering varied stabilities and steering abilities. The method based on the contact angle differences function is suitable for the design of wheel tread profiles for independently rotating wheels considering varied gravity stiffness. A computer program based on this method is developed and is validated by way of examples.
