Abstract: According to the need of a kind of enterprise, a down-top process model for redesign is developed, in which six stages is included. Quality function deployment (QFD), down-top function means tree, and robust design are introduced. They are the main characteristics is this new model. The model is a prescriptive process model and it is important for the competition of enterprises.
