摘要: 板带轧机振动理论的研究一直是轧制成形领域的前沿科学问题,对板材的质量和设备的稳定运行至关重要。随着轧机朝着大型化、高速化、连续化、智能化的快速发展以及大量新技术、新工艺的采用,板带轧机振动的研究已经逐渐从单一属性研究发展为以研究多态耦合振动为热点,从过去的线性研究转变为以非线性研究为重点。对板带轧机振动理论的研究除了要有合理的结构模型外,还依赖于对轧机振动的精确控制。为了充分认识板带轧机的动力学行为及振动特征,得到合理可行的控制策略,综述了国内外板带轧机振动理论的研究现状,分别从单向振动、多态耦合振动以及非线性振动三个方面进行了总结评价,分析了主动控制法和被动控制法在轧制成形过程中的应用现状,并结合当前钢铁行业发展趋势对板带轧机振动未来的研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract: The vibration theory of strip rolling mill has always been a scientific problem in the field of rolling forming, which is very important to the quality of sheet metal and the stable operation. With the rapid development of rolling mill towards large scale, high speed, continuous and intelligent, as well as the adoption of a large number of new technologies and new processes, the research on rolling mill vibration has gradually developed from the single attribute study to polymorphic coupled vibration, and from linear vibration to nonlinear vibration. The study of rolling mill vibration theory depends on the precise control of rolling mill vibration in addition to the reasonable structure model. In order to fully understand the dynamic behavior and vibration characteristics of strip rolling mill and obtain reasonable and feasible control strategy, the research status of vibration theory of strip rolling mill at home and abroad is summarized from the aspects of unidirectional vibration, multistate coupling vibration and nonlinear vibration, and the application status of active control method and passive control method in rolling forming process is analyzed. Considering the current development trend of steel industry, the future research direction of strip rolling mill is prospected.
