摘要: 发动机协调控制是提高换挡品质的必要技术手段。分析换挡过程输出轴转矩波动与换挡品质的关系,基于液力变矩器模型设计出输出轴转矩观测器,制定出基于转矩的升挡过程惯性相发动机协调控制策略,在DEUTZ BF4M1013单体泵柴油机和Allison S2000离合器—离合器换挡式液力自动变速器组成的动力传动系统台架上,进行基于转矩的1-2升挡过程惯性相发动机协调控制试验研究。试验结果表明,单体泵柴油机的转矩响应能够满足换挡过程协调控制的要求;基于转矩的换挡过程发动机协调控制能够有效地减小输出轴转矩波动,提高换挡品质。

Abstract: Coordinated engine control is an essential method to improve the shift quality. The relationship between the output torque fluctuation of upshifting and shift quality is analyzed. In order to reduce the output torque fluctuation, an output torque observer is designed based on the torque converter model, and then a torque based coordinated engine control strategy is proposed. Finally the experimental study is carried out on the test bench. The experimental results show that the torque response of the diesel engine with electronic unit pump can meet the requirement of coordinated control during the shifting process; and the torque based engine control strategy can make the output torque fluctuation reduced and shift quality improved apparently.
