基于动应力的转向架构架载荷识别

摘要: 通过测力构架法进行转向架构架载荷识别的精度较高,但其制作程序复杂,成本较高,而且在某些情况下不具备制作和使用测力构架的先决条件。因此,提出在仅有关键测点的动应力数据和载荷-应力传递关系的条件下进行构架载荷识别的方法。这种情况下载荷-应力传递系数矩阵往往是病态矩阵,会影响载荷识别的精度。从病态矩阵的实质出发,详细分析了病态矩阵误差的来源和截断奇异值法控制误差的原理。采用截断奇异值法将某型动车组的动应力数据和载荷-应力传递关系矩阵进行载荷识别,并将得到的载荷与利用测力构架法获取的实测载荷进行对比。识别载荷在幅值、相位,以及等效载荷幅值上都与实测载荷接近。结果表明采用截断奇异值法可以较好的识别浮沉、扭转、侧滚、抗蛇形、齿轮箱、制动载荷,具有一定的工程意义。

Abstract: Load identification using instrumented bogie frame has higher accuracy but it is complicated and costly to conduct. In some cases there is no prerequisite for utilizing the instrumented bogie frame. The method for load identification of bogie frame is presented under the condition that only the dynamic stress data and the load-stress correlation matrix are given. The correlation matrix is often ill-conditioned in this case, which can affect the precision of identification significantly. The cause of the induced error by ill-conditioned matrix and the principle of the truncated singular value method to control the error are analyzed in detail. The dynamic stress data and load-stress correlation matrix of a certain type of EMU are used to identify the loads of bogie frame by the truncated singular value method. The results are compared with the measured loads obtained by the instrumented bogie frame method. The identified loads agree well with the measured loads in terms of the amplitude, phase and equivalent value. The results show that the truncated singular value method can effectively identify the ups and downs, torsion, side roll, anti-snake, gear box load and brake load of bogie frame.
