产品环境性能优化潜力识别方法*

Recognition for Optimization Potential on Product Environmental Performances

摘要:

绿色设计涉及到产品的材料选择、工艺规划、结构优化、回收处理等多个方面。对于产品设计人员,如何快速提取具有较大环境性能优化潜力的产品零部件,并能够对多个具有相似环境特征的零部件进行统一设计改进,成为了提高绿色设计效率所需解决的关键问题。考虑到产品零部件环境性能优化潜力的模糊性,利用模糊评价、模糊集合等相关理论,建立了绿色设计的零部件可优化集。并进一步采用模糊聚类的方法,研究了可优化集合中零部件间的环境相似关系,实现了环境性能优化潜力相似零部件子集的快速提取。设计研发人员可以对零部件子集内的环境相关零部件进行统一的绿色设计优化,从而有效地缩短绿色产品的研发周期,提高产品绿色设计的成功率。以某款洗碗机为例,验证了该方法的可行性与有效性。

Abstract:

Green design involves many aspects, such as material selection, process planning, structure optimization, recycling and so on. For designers, how to quickly extract parts which have greater potential for optimization in environmental performances, and further unify the process of design improvements in a number of parts of similar environmental characteristics has become a key issue to improve the efficiency of green design. Considering fuzziness of the potential for environmental optimization in product parts, fuzzy evaluation and fuzzy sets have been applied to establish an optimization set of green design. Then fuzzy clustering method has been used to study the internal relations among the parts in the set to extract a subset of parts with similar potential in environmental aspects. Therefore, the designers can develop green design optimization uniformly, which can effectively shorten the green product development cycles, improve the success rate of product green design. Finally, a type of dishwasher is used as a study case to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
