摘要: 介绍了车削加工物理仿真系统的加工工件尺寸精度影响趋势预报中机床结构的模拟方法。以实测数据为依据,采用反问题解法构造了与实际结构刚度相当的虚拟结构模型,代替了复杂的实际结构模型。推导出求虚拟结构参数公式,编制了程序,并以实例证明了算法的有效性。

Abstract: The simulating method for a machine tool structure in physical simulating system of turning is introduced. Base on the practical data, the virtual structure, which has equivalent stiffness, is built by using inverse problem method. It can substitute the complex structure model in practice. The formulae are derived, and the programs are given. The model is proved efficient by an example.
