摘要: 本文提出了用多变量CARMA时序模型来辨识电液伺服系统的阶和参数,同时得到系统的干扰噪声模型。文中用极大似然法和BIC定阶准则来估计模型的阶和参数,根据估计参数的渐近正态性态角模型的子阶和时滞。文中应用该方法辨识了电液位置和力耦合系统及其噪声模型的阶和参数。仿真和实测阶跃响应比较,证明得到的辨识模型是正确的。该方法可用于任何多变量机械系统的模型辨识。

Abstract: This paper proposes the order and parameter identification of electrohydraulic servo system and its noise model by time series CARMA. The maximum likelihood and BIC criterion are used to estimate the order and parameter of the model. The suborder and delay of the model are determined according to the asymptotically Gaussian distribution of estimated parameters. This method is applied to identifying the order and parameter of electrohydraulic position and force coupled system and its noise model. The correctness of identified model is illustrated by simulation step response in comparison with measured step response. This method can be used to model identification of other multi-variable mechanical system.
