摘要: 针对推力波动、摩擦力等因素对直线电动机控制性能的影响,设计了一种基于扰动观测器的高速高精度位置伺服系统。采用离散时间的扰动观测器设计方法,对考虑与忽略时间延迟环节时,扰动观测器的品质进行比较。仿真分析与试验研究表明:在高速高精度的直线电动机运动控制中,引入带有时间延迟的扰动观测器,能够消除直线电动机速度响应曲线中的微小振荡,减小位置响应曲线中的超调和稳定时间。

Abstract: In order to reduce influence of thrust disturbance, non-linear friction on characteristics of linear motor, high speed/high accuracy position servo control system is implemented based on disturbance observer. Applies discrete time technique to design disturbance observer and compares performances of disturbance observer with time delay and without time delay. Simulation and experiment results demonstrate:in the high speed/high accuracy motion control of linear motor, small oscillation of velocity dynamical response can be eliminated and overshoot and steady time of position response can be reduced after applying disturbance observer with time delay.
