结晶器内钢水涡流流动对凝固传热和力学性能的影响

摘要: 赋予浸入式水口新的功能:在浸入式水口内腔放置X形导流片,使得从中间包进入结晶器的钢水为旋转的涡流流动。通过对165 mm×165 mm方坯连铸结晶器内钢水流动和凝固传热耦合数值分析,证明X形浸入式水口浇注时,冲击深度减轻,温度场分布均匀。工业性试验表明X形浸入式水口浇注时能改善铸坯低倍组织和力学性能。

Abstract: Endue SEN new function:put a X-shape flow leading flake inside an SEN so that molten steel goes from meso-bundle to mould flows in vortex. With solidification conduct heat cou-pling numerical analysis and molten steel flowing in a mould of 165 mm×165 mm square ingot continuous casting,X-shape SEN pouring is proven to have relieved depth by shock and evened the distribution of temperature field. Industry test shows that X-shape SEN pouring can improve the low time structure and mechanical performance of a continuous casting billet.
