摘要: 研究了圆柱滚动摩擦副微观打滑机理,建立了接触区应力应变的理论模型,利用边界元法编制计算程序对打滑率进行数值计算,得到稳态滚动摩擦副打滑率的变化规律.对打滑率的修正方法作了简要分析.

Abstract: Two wheel roll friction drive (RFD) is researched. The mechanism of micro-creep is analyzed, the model of stress and strain in friction contact zone is established. A program is designed according to the boundary element method (BEM) and calculation of different cases are carried on. The law of creeprate of RFD is drew. The correction of creeprate is deduced due to surface roughness, installment error, form error and so on.
