基于压力动态平衡的盾构密封舱压力控制方法

Pressure Control Method of Work Chamber of Shield Machine Based on Dynamic Pressure Balance

摘要: 针对盾构密封舱压力系统缺乏机理模型,无法实现快速准确地压力控制问题,在密封舱压力控制机理分析基础上建立了密封舱压力动态平衡的数学模型。采用离散元法对密封舱压力场进行仿真,研究刀盘开口率、埋深等因素对密封舱压力传递关系的影响,分析了密封舱隔板压力与测点压力的映射关系,定义了密封舱压力传递系数,并在此基础上提出了密封舱压力控制的参考压力值设定过程。考虑密封舱压力系统机理模型的非线性与时变特点,提出密封舱压力的双变量最优控制策略。基于土压平衡盾构密封舱压力控制试验台对所提控制方法进行试验验证,研究结果表明:控制精度与速度均能满足适应地质变化的密封舱压力系统控制要求。

Abstract: In view of the lack of the mechanism model lead to can’t to control the pressure of work chamber of shield machine, on the basis of mechanism analyzing of pressure control, the mathematical model of dynamic pressure balance is established. Through the analysis of pressure distribution in work chamber using the discrete element numerical simulation, the effect of cutter opening ratio and tunnel depth to the pressure transitive relation of work chamber is studied, and the mapping between average pressure on bulkhead and the pressure of measurement points is obtained. Pressure transfer coefficient is defined to describe the pressure transitive relation of work chamber, and a procedure of setting the reference value of pressure control based on pressure transfer coefficient is present. Considering the nonlinear and time-varying of mathematical model of pressure control system, a bivariate optimal control strategy of work chamber pressure is proposing. Pressure control simulation experimental results show that the control precision and speed of the proposed control method can realize the requirements of geology adaptability of pressure control.
