摘要: 对于端面气膜密封中流行应用的不带自由流槽的沿密封坝的径向泄漏,提出了一种修正的准一维可压流分析方法,它既可克服经典理论计算与实际的较大误差,又能延拓以往分析方法的局限。为此,需先知道密封的气膜压力分布和膜厚,这样,需先建立密封气膜压力微分方程,并拟通过有限元法求其稳态解。

Abstract: A revisory quasi-one-dimensional compressible flow method is putted forward in calculating radial leakage across sealing dam of most faces without free groove for gas film face seal. The method can not only overcome the error between the classic theory and practices but also develop the limitation of previous method. The pressure distribution arid thickness of gas film should be known to this end. Thus Sit is necessary to establish the pressure differential equation of gas film for face seal and find its static solution by using finite element method at first.
