摘要:   采用边界元法分析了轧制过程。计算中同时考虑了几何非线性和材料非线性的影响。计算结果表明和有限元法及其他数值方法相比更能精确地满足边界条件,为精确分析轧制过程提供了一种新的计算方法。

Abstract:   Rolling processes play a very important role in everyday manufacturing. Rolling processes are analyzed by using the boundary, element method (BEM) and considering both material and geometric nonlinearities. Compared with results of FEM and other methods, the results of BEM can satisfied the boundary conditions more accurately, It is very important for analyzing the rolling processes. It is also proved that BEM is a new and accurate method for analyzing the rolling processes.
