20种国产润滑油的高压粘度性能

摘要:   采用落柱式高压粘度装置,测试了20种国产润滑油在低剪切速度下的高压粘度性能,获得了压粘系数,并找出了其中16种润滑油的最小固化压力点。除ST外,被测国产润滑油粘度随压力变化的关系基本满足Barus方程。不同润滑油的压粘系数和固化压力主要随其产区不同而不同。

Abstract:   The high pressure viscosity of twenty Chinese lubricants are tested using a falling cylinder viscosimeter, their pressure-viscosity coefficient is obtained, and the solidification pressure of sixteen lubricants among them is determined. The results show that the viscosity of Chinese lubricants rised rapidly with pressure up to glass phase (pressure induced solidification). The pressure-viscosity relation of Chinese lubricants tested can expressed by Barus equation except ST. The pressure-viscosity coefficient and solidification pressure of different Chinese lubricants are different.
