对杯杯型复合挤压一种宏观缺陷产生与否的论证

摘要: 本文依据最小能量原理及上限法原理,对在杯外径不相等的杯杯型轴对称复合挤压时,在凹模角部处变形金属能否产生收缩进行了分析。分析结果表明,即使在变形的最后阶段,此类复合挤压的凹模角部处变形金属也不会发生收缩。本文还从变形模式随坯料相对余厚转化的角度进一步对结论作了论证。实验结果证实了分析所得结论的正确性。

Abstract: In this paper, whether the macro-defect (cavitation of metal) appears or not in the chamber corner has been analyzed during the extrusion, by using the minimum energy principle and the upper-bound approach. In this paper, the shape of workpiece is cup-cup with different outer radius. It is found that the cavitation does not appear during the extrusion in spite of the final froming stage. Our conclusion is further demonstrated according to the viewpoint of the transformation of the deformation patterns varying with the relative. Thickness of the billet bottom. The conclusion is confirmed by the experiments as well.
