摘要: 采用数值分析技术,并基于三维和耦合的观念,通过润滑油膜为一维热阻的假设,建立了内燃机燃烧室内移动活塞组—润滑油膜—气缸套之间的传热联系。建立了零件系统三维耦合过渡工况和循环瞬态传热的有限元离散理论,并开发了计算零件系统过渡工况不稳定传热和循环瞬态传热的有限元分析软件。在过渡工况求解所建立的稳定工况温度场的基础上,分析了CUB100内燃机燃烧室零件系统的循环瞬态传热过程。

Abstract: Based on the conception of 3-D and coupling, the heat transfer relation of the moving piston assembly-lubricant film-liner is established by employing the numerical technology and thinking the lubricant film as 1-D thermal resistance. The discrete theory of the coupling 3-D component system is completed and the software, which is used to calculate the transient and non-steady heat transfer process in the component system, is developed. Based on the steady results under the operating conditions, the transient heat transfer process of the moving piston assembly-lubricant film-liner of the engine CUB100 has been analyzed.
