摘要: 以弧齿锥齿轮传动系统为研究对象,采用完全数值方法,在计算机上模拟其齿面啮合迹。为此,将齿面啮合分析的数值方法与齿面啮合力激励下的转子系统的动力响应相结合,为实际齿面下弧齿锥齿轮的齿面啮合迹的稳定性分析及热力分析提供了必要的基础。

Abstract: By taking the spiral bevel gear-transmission system as the research object, the meshing track of the spiral bevel gears is virtualized on the computer with a total numerical method. This method analyzes the tooth meshing of the spiral gears and the response of the rotor system in turn, which is forced by the meshing tooth. The results lay a basis for the analysis of the meshing stability and tooth thermal analysis with a given tooth surfaces.
