Abstract: The system，which is dispersed with Z-transpo-sition，may turn to a non-least phase system．Dispersed system with d -transposition instead of Z-transposition，structuring numeric zero-pole placement self-tuning adjuster can settle this problem．The d -transposition and zero-pole placement self-tuning adjuster are introduced and its validity and practicability are proved through much simulation and many experimentations in this context．
