摘要: 液态合金表面张力对铸件结晶过程、合金中气体析出、合金孕育效果、精炼效果及铸件表面光洁度等均有重要影响。为了应用表面张力快速评价液态合金的诸多质量参数,研究一种快速测定液态合金表面张力的新方法及装置。介绍新方法及装置的工作原理以及在铸铁石墨形态炉前快速识别和铝合金变质处理效果快速评价中的应用。试验结果表明:依据铸铁石墨形态识别模型和铝合金变质处理效果识别模型,利用炉前测得的当量表面张力可实现石墨形态和变质处理效果的快速预测。

Abstract: Surface tension of liquid alloy has important influence on the crystallization process of casting, the separation of gas from alloy, alloy inoculation effect, refining effect, and the surface roughness of castings. In order to evaluate the quality parameters of liquid alloy by utilizing surface tension, a new method and a device are developed. The working principle of the new method and device and their application in graphite shape identification of cast iron and modification effect of aluminum alloy are introduced. Experimental results show that the graphite shape of cast iron and modification effect of Al-Si alloys can be fast predicted by utilizing the equivalent surface tension according to the corresponding criteria.
