摘要: 针对金属板带不均匀压下面内弯曲成形技术中迫切需要解决的失稳起皱问题,提出了物理意义明确、易于求解的统一的描述内、外缘起皱的波形函数,建立了统一的内、外缘起皱预测准则;并将该准则引入到刚塑性有限元数值模拟系统IBS中。通过试验验证了所建立的起皱预测准则的可靠性。采用建立的起皱预测准则,研究了几何参数、材料性能参数及边界条件对成形过程起皱的影响规律。这一研究为板带不均匀压下面内弯曲成形过程成形参数的确定和优化提供了依据。

Abstract: The instability wrinkling is the key problem urgently to be solved in the research of strip metal in-plane bending under unequal compressing. A unified mathematic description with more explicit physical meaning of internal and external wrinkling wave on the strip of in-plane bending is established, and it is easy to solve. And a unified criterion of internal and external wrinkling is established, then how to combine the FEM simulation system to make the numerical prediction of wrinkling into reality is also resolved. The experiments carried out show that the unified criterion of the wrinkling is reliable. The effects of the geometrical parameters, the material properties and the friction factor on the deforming result are analyzed by using the unified predict criterion. The results can serve as a significant guide to the design and optimization of the process.
