摘要: 以TIC电弧为对象,建立了焊接电弧传热传质过程的完善教学模型,引入欧姆定律计算电流密度分布并用K-ε模型处理紊流问题。使用FORTRAN语言在SUN工作站上进行了数值分析,得到了100A~300A电流下的流场分布、温度分布及电流分布等重要物理数据,且与重要的试验结果吻合良好。

Abstract: A perfect mathematical model is created to reveal heat and mass transfer process for the TIG arc, in which the Ohm law is used to calculate the current density distribution and the K-a model is adopted to resolve the complex turbulent flow problems. Numerical computation is made by means of a SUN workstation with FORTRAN language, thus the distribution of flow fields, temperature and current density is obtained. The computed results agree, yell with the important experiment results.
