两相流中气泡含量对大型可倾瓦径向轴承性能影响的试验研究

Experimental Study on Influence of Gas Volume Fraction in Two-phase Flow on Lubrication Performance of Large Tilting Pad Journal Bearing

摘要: 可倾瓦滑动轴承是大型燃气轮机等旋转机械的重要部件,转子与轴瓦间隙内为复杂的油气混合两相流,其特性直接影响轴承性能。为了研究油气两相流对可倾瓦轴承性能的影响,本研究搭建了高速可倾瓦滑动轴承实验台,针对大尺寸定向润滑可倾瓦径向滑动轴承,在多载荷和多转速工况下进行不同气泡率的油气两相流试验。通过试验研究载荷、转速和两相流中气泡率对可倾瓦滑动轴承油膜压力、油膜厚度、瓦面温度和电动机功率的影响。相关试验结果有助于解释和理解空穴和贫油效应,并为优化可倾瓦轴承性能提供依据。

Abstract: Tilting pad journal bearing (TPJB) is an important part of large gas turbine and other rotating machinery. There is a complex oil-gas two-phase flow in the gap between rotor and bearing pad, and its characteristics directly affect the bearing performance. In order to study the effect of oil-gas two-phase flow on the performance of TPJBs, a high-speed TPJB test rig is built. The oil-gas two-phase flow experiments with different gas volume fractions are carried out for large-size directly lubricated tilting pad journal bearing under different load and speed conditions. The effects of load, rotating speed, and gas volume fraction in two-phase flow on oil film pressure, film thickness, pad surface temperature and motor power are studied experimentally. The experimental results are helpful to understand cavitation effects, and to optimize the design of tilting pad journal bearings.
