基于用户视/触觉体验的工业设计材质 测评方法研究*

Method for Industry Design Material Test and Evaluation Based on User Visual and Tactile Experience

摘要:

为提高产品材质的用户体验,针对产品设计决策过程中设计效果图与实物产品材质效果不一致,设计效果图材质只能进行视觉体验无法进行触觉体验等问题,提出了一种基于用户视/触觉感知体验的工业设计材质测评方法。分析了工业设计材质用户视/触觉感知体验测试的原理, 构建了工业设计材质用户视/触觉体验测试评价体系,建立了工业设计材质用户视/触觉感知体验的模糊综合评价模型。招募了20名被试对来自4个不同供应商提供的汽车座椅用织物材料材质进行用户体验测试试验,并对通过所建立的模型对试验数据进行了验算,评选出了最优的座椅用织物材质方案,试验结果验证了模型的可行性。为了对工业设计材质测评方法进行工程应用,设计了一种可以在产品工业设计阶段对设计材质进行用户视/触觉感知体验测评的系统装置,并基于该装置进行了汽车内饰设计材质用户视/触觉体验测试的实例验证。

Abstract:

To improve the user experience of product surface material, and, aiming to material effect differences between design renderings and physical product, and the design rendering material can’t be tactile experienced but only can be visual experienced, on the stage of the design decision. A product industry material test method based on user visual and tactile perception experience is proposed. Firstly, the principle of user visual and tactile perception experience on product industry material design expressing is analyzed. Then, the user experience evaluation index system of product industry materials is constructed. What’s more, the triangular fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of product industry materials user visual and tactile perception experience is established. With the auto interior materials industrial design user experience evaluation for case, 20 subjects are recruited for the user tactile experience test experiment of four car seat leather materials from four different manufacturers. The experimental data is calculated by the proposed model to select the optimal car interior leather material, and the experimental results verify the feasibility of the model. In order to use the material test based on user visual and tactile experience for engineering application, the material user visual and tactile experience testing device and system for product industry design phase was designed.
