大型石油储罐健康管理方法应用研究

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着我国石油储备的增加和石油化工工业的发展，大型石油储罐的单罐容积和总体数量不断增加，其安全运行事关重大。大型机械系统健康管理理论被应用于大型石油储罐，提出大型石油储罐健康管理的理念、程序和具体方案；根据大型石油储罐特点，制定健康管理指标体系；提出依据健康评价结果及时调整的健康检测方案；对部分健康风险、健康指标、检测技术进行介绍；提出对健康状态和健康变化趋势进行判断和预测的健康评价方法，和以基于健康状态维修为主的健康恢复方案。大型石油储罐健康管理方法依据健康指标和健康评价结果，统筹应用现有的储罐检测和维修手段，以最经济的方法保障储罐健康运行。并进行健康管理方法的初步应用，验证健康管理方法的有效性。最后总结大型储罐健康管理方法进一步发展的关键需求。

Abstract: With the increase of oil reserves and the development of petrochemical industry in China, the volume and quantity of large oil storage tanks are increasing, the safety in operation of these tanks is of great importance. The large mechanical system health management theory is applied to the large oil storage tank. The concept, procedure and detailed plan of the health management of large oil storage tanks is proposed. According to the characteristics of large oil storage tanks, the health management indicator system is developed. The health inspection scheme is raised, which is timely adjusted according to the health assessment results. Health risks, health indicators and detection techs are introduced. The health assessment method is proposed, to estimate the health status and to forecast the health trends. And the health status based health recovery scheme is raised. According to the health indicators and health assessment results, the health management method of large oil storage tank uses the current inspection and maintenance techs synthetically, to ensure the safe operation of the tanks in the most economical way. The preliminary application of the health management method is carried out, the effectiveness of the health management method is verified. Finally, the key requirements for the further development of the health management methods of large oil storage tank are summarized.
