极限工况下车辆行驶的稳定性判据

Research and Optimization on the Mechanical Property of Mining Dump Truck’s Hydro-pneumatic Suspension

摘要: 极限工况下车辆行驶的稳定性判据是车辆稳定性控制系统的基础,决定了车辆稳定性控制系统介入的时机。选取横摆角速度法、侧向加速度法、独立转向梯度法、转向半径法四种基于线性2自由度车辆模型的稳定性判据。选取质心侧偏角-质心侧偏角速度相平面分析车辆行驶的稳定性,提出改进的五参数菱形法确定车辆状态稳定区域,以此作为基于非线性车辆模型的稳定性判据。以轮胎力法为基准判据,针对各判据介入的时效性,设计稳定性判据对比方法,在建立的Carsim & Matlab/Simulink车辆联合仿真平台上,通过多种工况对各稳定性判据进行验证及对比。结果表明所建立的各判据对车辆行驶状态的判定效果存在显著差异,其中横摆角速度法、转向半径法和五参数菱形法的准确性较高,且之间存在互补性。

Abstract: Stability criterion for the vehicle under critical driving situation is the base of vehicle stability control system, it decides the intervention time for the stability control system. Based on 2 degree of freedom linear vehicle model, select the four criterions that are yaw rate method, lateral acceleration method, independent steering gradient method, and turning radius method. Based on nonlinear vehicle model, sideslip angle-sideslip angle speed phase plane method is selected to analyze the vehicle stability, and the study proposes an improved diamond method with five parameters to determine the stable region. With tire force method as the standard, the five criterions have been validated and compared in several simulation manoeuvres on the Carsim & Matlab/Simulink co-simulation platform for their timing and accuracy. It is found that there are significant differences in the effect of the criterions. Among them, the yaw rate method, the turning radius method, and the improved diamond method with five parameters have high accuracy and are relatively complemented.
