摘要: 提出一种基于对数螺旋线型面的楔块接触式逆止器,参考现行的偏心圆弧线型面楔块应用曲线拟合方法设计了对数螺旋线型面楔块,采用Pro/E建立了对数螺旋线型面楔块逆止装置的仿真模型,并应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对其逆止过程进行动态仿真,得到对数螺旋线型面楔块在逆止过程中的受力情况,并与偏心圆弧线型面楔块的受力情况进行比较,结果表明新型逆止器在逆止过程中接触应力较小、逆止过程平稳,逆止效果优于传统的偏心圆曲线型面楔块逆止器,该研究为新型的对数螺旋线型面的楔块接触式逆止器的研制提供了理论依据。

Abstract: A new contact backstop with logarithmic spiral surface wedge block is pointed out. Based on the existing eccentric circle surface wedge block, the logarithmic spiral surface wedge block is designed by the curve fitting method. The simulation model of the backstop is established with the Pro/E software. The three-dimensional model is imported into ANSYS/LS-DYNA software for dynamic simulation analysis to obtain the stress characteristics during the backstop process. By comparing the contact stress of the two wedge block, results show that the new backstop has much smaller stress, smoother process and better performance than the traditional backstop with eccentric circle surface wedge block, which will offer theoretical basis for the production of the new backstop.
