摘要: 研究汽轮机低压焊接转子用30Cr2Ni4MoV耐热钢贝氏体焊缝多层多道焊韧性薄弱环节及其影响因素。采用冲击韧度试验评价焊缝的整体性能,并设计裂纹沿埋弧焊焊缝的准静态韧性试验,观察裂纹的扩展方式,利用能谱分析焊缝微区成分。冲击韧度试验表明,焊缝室温冲击吸收功为118 J,焊缝整体韧性良好。焊缝准静态韧性试验研究发现,裂纹在焊缝层间不完全相变区发生失稳扩展,为焊缝韧性相对薄弱的环节。通过光学显微镜观察高温苦味酸水溶液腐蚀的试样发现,焊缝层间不完全相变区存在大量的黑色线条,裂纹的失稳扩展沿黑色线条进行。借助扫描电镜和能谱分析发现,黑色线条处的碳的质量分数明显高于基体部分,推测这些局部富碳区含有较多的对韧性不利的组织,是造成层间韧性薄弱的主要原因之一。

Abstract: The toughness weak points of bainite weld metal in multi pass weld of 30Cr2Ni4MoV refractory steel low-pressure steam turbine welded rotor are found and studied. Impact toughness experiment is used to evaluate the toughness of the weld. The quasi-static fracture test is used to observe the crack growth behavior. The energy spectrum analysis is used to analysis the composition. The impact energy of the weld is 118 J, the experimental results of impact toughness show that the weld owns good toughness. In quasi-static fracture tests the cracks propagate in unstable manner in the incomplete phase change zone of layers between two adjacent beads, so the incomplete phase change zone of welded layers are relatively weak in toughness. Through the optical microscopy analysis of specimens etching by picric acid aqueous solution, many black lines are found in the incomplete phase change zone of welded layers. The cracks propagate in unstable manner along the black lines. There is much more carbon in the black lines than in the parent metal. It could be inferred that the carbon-rich areas contain the microstructure which is disadvantageous to the toughness.
