摘要: 为提高欠驱动的球形机器人在低速运动时的稳定性,提出一种安装高速旋转飞轮的球形机器人。该机器人的机械结构主要由球形外壳、内框、长轴电动机、短轴电动机和旋转飞轮构成。给出该机器人的简化模型和结构参数。在运动学分析的基础上,采用带约束的拉格朗日方程建立该机器人的动力学模型,并对该动力学模型进行简化。模型分析结果表明:飞轮高速旋转产生的陀螺效应可减弱外界干扰力矩的影响,保证球形机器人在低速运动时航向角的稳定性。在塑胶跑道上进行直线定位运动试验,当飞轮高速旋转时,与飞轮停止时相比,机器人运动过程中的航向角偏差和航向角速度波动减小,运动结束时机器人中心偏离直线的位移减小。试验结果证明了该设计的有效性。

Abstract: To improve the motion stability of the underactuated spherical robot at the low velocity, a spherical robot equipped with a high-rate flywheel is presented. The mechanical structure of the robot is mainly composed of a shell, an inner case, a long-axis motor, a short-axis motor and a rotating flywheel. The simplified model and structural parameters are given. Based on the motion analysis, the dynamic model of the robot is derived by the constrained Lagrangian method, and the dynamic model is simplified. The model analysis results show that the gyroscopic effects of high-rate rotating flywheel can reduce the influence of the external disturbing torques, thereafter the yaw angle stability is enhanced when the robot moves at the low velocity. The linear displacement experiments are carry out on the plastic ground, and compared with the flywheel stopping, when the flywheel rotates at the high-rate, the yaw angle deviation and yaw angular velocity fluctuation of the robot decrease during the movement, and the center of the robot deviated from the straight decreases at the end of the movement. The experiments result verifies the effectiveness of the design.
