摘要: 我国无损检测事业正出现前所未有的蓬勃发展的良好态势。在相当多的重要工业部门和国防单位,无损检测技术已融入国家总体经济发展目标,正在为解决国家急需解决的大型工程项目的安全和涉及安全、民生的重大项目服务。无损检测技术是机械工业的重要支柱,是一项典型的具有低投入、高产出的工程应用技术,也是实现经济可持续发展和绿色制造的重要保障。介绍我国在无损检测领域的一项新技术——磁记忆检测的基础理论研究方面取得的具有国际领先水平的成果,该项研究可为铁磁材料力磁耦合理论的发展奠定基础。简要介绍在航空、航天、石油化工、核电、特种设备安全等领域我国无损检测技术发展取得的主要成绩,特别介绍以声发射技术为中心的综合裂纹监、控技术在两种机型定、延寿中的重大作用。还就当前无损检测所面临的一些问题和今后发展方向进行探讨。

Abstract: The flourishing development of non-destructive testing in China is witnessed by its rapid developing in almost every industrial branch for the last decade. The non-destructive testing (NDT) is the important pillar of machinery industry and is an industrial and engineering application-oriented scientific field, and hence it must be closely combined with the affairs of national economy development and must serve the large engineering projects to maintain their safety and integrity. In order to realize sustainable development of economy, the energy-saving and green manufactures have become the basic policy of national economy development. The promotion of NDT techniques in the future must be closely combined with this basic background of national economy development policy. The innovative theoretical achievements in the metal magnetic memory technique by Chinese scientists are introduced and achievements of NDT research and application in different industrial branches around China are underlined. Special attention is paid to the role played by acoustic emission based integrated NDT in the determining and prolonging the lives of two aircraft groups through full scale fatigue tests. The future development trend of NDT techniques is discussed, and finally challenges confronted by NDT workers in China and around the world are specially addressed.
