旋转悬臂梁动力学的B样条插值方法

摘要: 采用B样条插值方法对旋转悬臂梁的动力学特性进行研究。考虑柔性梁的纵向拉伸变形和横向弯曲变形,计入由于横向弯曲变形引起的纵向缩短,即非线性耦合项。利用B样条插值方法对柔性梁的变形场进行离散。采用Lagrange方程建立系统的动力学方程,并编制旋转悬臂梁动力学仿真软件。进行动力学仿真,将B样条插值方法的仿真结果与假设模态法、有限元法进行比较分析,验证了提出的方法的正确性,并表明B样条插值方法作为变形体离散法在柔性多体系统动力学中具有优良性能和应用价值。

Abstract: The dynamics of a rotating cantilever beam is investigated by the B-spline interpolation method. The longitudinal deformation and the transverse deformation of the flexible beam are considered and the coupling term of the deformation which is caused by transverse deformation is included in the expression of longitudinal deformation. The approach of B-spline interpolation is used to describe the deformation of the flexible beam. The rigid-flexible coupling dynamic equations are established via employing the second kind of Lagrange’s equation, and a software package for the dynamic simulation of the rotating cantilever beam is developed. To validate the method, dynamic simulations are carried out. The simulation results of the B-spline interpolation method are compared with the ones of the assumed mode method and the finite element method. Simulation results demonstrate that the B-spline interpolation will be more potential for popularizing in the field of multibody system dynamics.
