我国轴类零件轧制技术进展

摘要: 轴类零件轧制技术是先进成形制造技术的重要组成部分,具有成形精度高、产品质量好、生产方式清洁、成本低等优点,已成为国际上竞相研究开发、积极采用的先进技术。主要介绍我国在轴类零件轧制技术领域的最新工作进展,包括零件轧制理论研究、产品开发、技术推广与产业化、模具设计制造和工艺设备开发设计等。指出我国的轴类零件轧制技术总体上处于国际先进水平,在某些方面处于国际领先地位。尽管我国轴类零件轧制技术已得到较广泛的应用,但仅占能够轧制零件质量的1/10左右,所以该技术仍有很大的应用空间。

Abstract: Shaft part rolling technology is an advanced metal-forming technology. Since there are many advantages, such as high forming precision, good product quality, no pollution in production, low cost, that the advanced technology has been used in industrial production, and many research and development activities have been conducted in the world. The latest work in this field in our country, including part rolling theory research, products development, technology promotion and industrialization, die/mould design and manufacturing, equipment design and development are introduced. It is pointed out that our shaft rolling technology is in the advanced level in general in the world, and in leading position in some respects. Although our part rolling technology has been widely used in industry, but capacity of rolled parts is only about 1/10 by weight, so the technology has enormous market to be developed.
