摘要: 以多跨转子系统H858型离心式压缩机为研究对象,利用MSC.Patran&Nastran有限元软件对该转子系统弯曲振动情况下的固有频率进行分析,依据动态结构系统固有频率与激振频率差的绝对值不超过规定值的关系准则,定义随机动态结构系统的失效模式,并以频率可靠性理论为基础,根据结构系统失效模式为串联模式的定义,推导出参数为正态分布的系统的频率可靠度及其频率可靠性灵敏度的计算公式,同时将可靠性优化设计理论、可靠性灵敏度技术与稳健设计方法相结合,将频率可靠性灵敏度融入到可靠性优化设计模型中,建立频率可靠性稳健设计的模型。并将频率可靠性灵敏度理论与稳健设计方法应用到多跨转子系统的可靠性相关问题分析中,进一步验证该理论的有效性,为工程实际中转子系统的设计提供理论依据,具有一定的现实意义。

Abstract: The multispan rotor system(H858 compressor) is studied. The natural frequencies are obtained in the condition of bending vibration using finite element software (MSC.Patran&Nastran). With the criterion that the absolute value of the difference between the natural frequency and forcing frequency, the failure mode are defined, then the equations of the frequency reliability and the related frequency reliability sensitivity with respect to mean values and variances are mathematically expressed. And then the reliability-based robust design of structure is studied based on the reliability-based optimization model, and the numerical method of frequency reliability-based robust design is proposed. The frequency reliability sensitivity and reliability-based robust design for the multispan rotor system are extensively discussed by the above mentioned theory, which provide more theoretic evidence for the rotor system design in practical operation.
