摘要: 实际的供应链系统是由具有自主学习能力的节点组成的,节点之间的相互作用使供应链系统表现出复杂的非线性动力学行为。针对一类具有学习能力的离散制造业供应链系统,研究其学习策略对系统复杂动力学行为的影响。通过计算制造商有效库存的最大Lyapunov指数和平均每周期成本在订货参数空间的分布,分析制造商有学习能力时其非线性动力学行为模式分布与成本分布的关系。研究表明,当制造商采用强化学习策略对订货参数进行学习时,制造商的学习行为对其降低整个参数空间上的成本分布均值有显著作用;同时,对其复杂动力学行为模式的拓扑分布有明显影响。

Abstract: A real supply chain system is composed of nodes with autonomous learning ability. The interactions among the nodes make the supply chain system produce complex nonlinear dynamics behaviors. In view of a supply chain system with learning ability in discrete-type manufacturing industry, the influence of learning policy on the dynamics behaviors of the system is studied. By calculating the distribution in ordering parameters space of the largest Lyapunov exponent and average cost per period, the relation between the distributions of nonlinear dynamics behavior modes and operating cost is analyzed for the manufacturer with learning ability. The study shows that the reinforcement learning policy used by the manufacturer plays a remarkable role in reducing average value of the cost distribution, and has obvious effect on the topology distribution of the complex dynamics behavior modes.
