摘要: 为推进重载汽车轻量化进程,优化国内热轧超高强汽车用钢产品结构,以低成本高性能为基本原则,提出以较低的含碳量和一定量的锰并复合添加微合金元素铌和钛的成分设计思路,运用细晶强化和析出强化,在天铁1 750 mm 半连续热连轧机组实现了700 MPa级超高强重载汽车用车厢板的试制。热轧工艺参数如下:加热温度为1 250 ℃,终轧温度在780~860 ℃,卷取温度在500~620 ℃。车厢板的显微组织以细小铁素体为主,存在少量的退化珠光体,并获得了大量尺度为20 nm 以下的(Nb, Ti)C析出物。车厢板的屈服强度和抗拉强度分别达到600 MPa和700 MPa,伸长率在19%~22%。车厢板具有优良的冷弯性能、扩孔性能及低温冲击韧度,性能达到或超过国内外同类产品水平。车厢板具有优良的焊接性能。700 MPa级车厢板替代Q345制造车厢可实现20%左右的结构减重。

Abstract: In order to promote lightweight process of heavy duty automobile, and optimizing product structure of domestic hot-rolled ultra-high strength steel, with low cost and high performance as basic principle, a composition design idea of low carbon content and an quantitative manganese added with microalloying elements Nb and Ti is proposed, and fine grain strengthening and precipitation strengthening are used, the 700 MPa grade ultra-high strength heavy duty automobile carriage strip is carried out on Tianjin Iron Hot-rolled Plate Company 1 750 mm semi-continuous hot rolling mill. The heating temperature is 1 250 ℃, the finishing temperature between 780~860 ℃, the coiling temperature between 500~620 ℃. The microstructure of steel is fine ferrite, small amounts of degenerated pearlite, and a lot of dispersed (Nb, Ti)C precipitates with the scale of 20 nm and below. The yield and tensile strengths of the steel plate are about 600 MPa and 700 MPa, respectively. The elongation is between 19%~22%. The steel plate has good cold bending property, hole expansion ability and low-temperature impact toughness, reach or over that of domestic and abroad. The carriage plate has excellent weldability. 20% structure weight loss can be achieved by replacing Q345, and its application effect is good.
