Si-Mn系低碳钢经不同热处理后动静态性能的对比研究

Comparative Study on Static and Dynamic Tensile of Si-Mn Low Carbon Steels after Different Heat Treatment

摘要: 对Si-Mn系低碳钢冷轧板进行不同热处理后分别获得相变诱发塑性(Transformation induced plasticity, TRIP)钢和双相 (Dual phase, DP)钢,而后通过电子万能试验机和旋转盘式杆杆型冲击拉伸试验装置分别对其进行应变率为0.001 s–1、630 s–1、1 490 s–1和 0.001 s–1、560 s–1、1 340 s–1 的静态和动态拉伸试验。通过对比研究发现:TRIP钢和DP钢的屈服强度、抗拉强度随着应变率的增加而不断增大;高速率下变形局部化导致动态下的DP钢和TRIP钢均匀伸长率都比静态下小。高速率下的绝热温升效应使得DP钢1 340 s–1的均匀伸长率和断裂伸长率都比560 s–1的要大,TRIP钢1 490 s–1也比630 s–1的要大。由于DP钢的绝热温升效应大于变形局部化效应,使得动态下DP钢的断裂伸长率比静态下要大;而TRIP钢因为有残余奥氏体转变马氏体现象,绝热温升效应远小于变形局部化效应,使得动态下TRIP钢的断裂伸长率比静态下要小。

Abstract: The specimens of Si-Mn low carbon steel are processed into transformation induced plasticity(TRIP) and dual phase(DP) steel separately by different heat treatment. Then strain rate 0.001 s–1, 630 s–1, 1 490 s–1and 0.001 s–1, 560 s–1, 1 340 s–1 are studied by electronic universal testing machine and rotation disk bar-bar tensile impact apparatus separately. The results show that:The yield strength and tensile strength of TRIP and DP steel increase with increasing strain rate. Deformation localization in high strain rate leads to lower uniform elongation of TRIP and DP steel comparing with static tensile. Adiabatic heating in high strain rate causes uniform elongation and fracture elongation of TRIP steel in 1 490 s–1 and DP steel 1 340 s–1 are higher than that of TRIP steel in 630 s–1 and DP steel 560 s–1. The fracture elongation of DP steel in dynamic is bigger than that in static because adiabatic heating plays a leading role. TRIP steel is opposite since residual austenite transforms martensite.
