摘要: 组件系统布局协同优化设计是一种能够同时进行组件装填和结构构型的优化设计方法。提出提高协同优化设计效率的新方法引入以下3种新技术:① 采用改进的网格嵌入技术,简化了组件的网格嵌入过程,提高了有限元建模效率;② 引入超单元技术,将有限元模型的组件部分生成为组件超单元,节省了有限元计算分析时间;③ 采用面向超单元的几何设计变量半解析灵敏度分析方法,避免了有限差分灵敏度求解,简化了灵敏度求解过程。在已有的典型算例基础上,采用所提出的协同优化设计新方法重新设计,计算结果表明,新方法在给出合理组件结构布局的同时大幅提升优化设计的效率。

Abstract: The purpose is to present an integrated layout design method for multi-component system problem. The new strategies introduced aim at improving the computational efficiency of the integrated layout design, i.e. an integrated design for components’ package design and structural topology design. The computational efficiency improvement is attributed to the following three aspects: ① An improved embedded meshing technique is applied which simplifies the integrated FE-model construction process; ② The super-element technique used to build the component FE-model saves computing cost in FE analysis; ③ A new semi-analytical scheme is proposed for the sensitivity analysis of the geometrical design variables which simplifies the calculation of sensitivity compared with the formerly used finite difference scheme. One typical example from the previously published paper is re-tested with the improved method. The final designs present themselves as certain integral structures. Meanwhile, the newly proposed integrated layout design method can greatly improve the design efficiency.
