产品功能需求的定性及定量分析

摘要: 为了能更加系统化地从功能设计角度分析产品功能在用户需求中的表现形式,提供分析和预测产品功能需求重要度的决策手段与方法,提出一种用户对产品功能需求的定性及定量分析方法。在定性分析方面,借鉴Kano模型的分类思想将产品功能需求分为基本功能、规范功能和兴趣功能三类,使用模糊聚类分析方法对散乱的需求信息进行合并归类;在定量分析方面,采用由层次分析法、熵值法和均方差法组成的主客观综合赋权法分析不同功能需求指标重要度的权重,并利用回归分析、灰理论和反向传播神经网络建立的组合预测模型预测功能需求重要度的变化。以某数控铣床的功能需求统计数据为例,说明此方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: In order to provide effective method and reliable support for analyzing and forecasting customer requirements on product function, a novel approach is put forward to analyze and forecast importance of product function requirements based on subjective & objective synthetic method and combination forecasting model. Customer requirements on product function are classified into basic function, regulating function and interest function in the view of analyzing representation forms of product function in customer requirements from function design standpoint; importance weights of requirement characteristics are determined by analytic hierarchy process, entropy method and mean square difference method; importance weight variation of functional requirements is predicated by using the combination forecasting model built by regression analysis, grey theory and back-propagation neural network. Statistical data of the functional requirements of a certain numerical control milling machine as an example to show the validity and feasibility of the proposed method.
