摘要: 针对产品设计过程中的多学科冲突解耦问题,提出一种鲁棒的协同决策方法。该方法采用区间形式表示不确定性的设计参数并基于非合作博弈理论将多学科协同决策描述成基于区间的约束求解问题,对此,采用两步求解策略获得产品设计的鲁棒决策方案。首先用约束一致性算法过滤掉决策变量区间中肯定不包含有效解的冗余部分,得到设计参数的一致性区间矢量;然后在一致性区间内以设计性能指标为准则搜索鲁棒的参数决策值,并设计基于可行性审查的免疫混沌搜索算法。以一个单元盘弹性转子系统为例,进行摩擦学和动力学冲突解耦的设计决策,得到较好的设计结果,验证方法的合理性与可靠性。

Abstract: Aiming at the conflict and decoupling problem between multiple disciplines in process of product design, a robust collaborative decision method is proposed, which adopts variable interval to denote the uncertainty of design variables and then employs non-cooperative game theory to describe multidisciplinary collaborative decision as interval based constraint resolving problem. For the formulated problem, a two-step resolving strategy is presented to get the robust decision scheme of product design, that is, firstly to filtrate the redundancy in the interval of design variables by using interval consistency algorithm, and secondly search for the robust decision value for the design variables in their consistent interval with design capability indices as rule of robustness evaluation. And also a kind of feasibility censor based immune chaotic searching algorithm is developed. Finally, a singular disk elastic rotor system is used as an example to achieve conflict decoupling and collaborative decision between tribology and dynamics. The design results validate the effectiveness and reliability of proposed decision approach.
