摘要: 槽筒导丝沟槽转向曲线的设计,直接影响导丝器的振动冲击和噪声以及玻璃纤维在筒子上的分布状况。目前槽筒沟槽转向曲线多为圆弧或抛物线,在实际生产过程中,易产生导丝器受冲击大、运行平稳性不好的问题,且磨损快,使用寿命短,影响玻璃纤维卷装成型。在分析圆弧、抛物线作为玻璃纤维络筒机槽筒沟槽转向曲线时槽筒的运动特性基础上,提出六次转向曲线设想并推导其运动方程,分析其运动规律。研究表明,采用六次多项式转向曲线的槽筒可以有效改善导丝器的运动特性,可以避免槽筒在转向段的柔性冲击,在整个转向区的加速度变化是渐变连续的,通过圆弧和六次转向曲线槽筒振动冲击试验对比,验证了采用六次多项式转向曲线可以有效减小槽筒转向段的柔性冲击,从而减小振动和噪声,延长导丝器的使用寿命。

Abstract: The design of turning curve of the grooved drum thread guide trench has direct influence on the vibration impact and noise of thread guide and the glass fiber distribution on the bobbin. At present the turning curve of thread guide trench is mainly either parabola or arc. In the actual production process, big impact on thread guide and bad running smoothness are easily produced. Moreover, fast wear and short service life will influence the package forming of glass fiber. Based on the analysis of the motion characteristics of the grooved drum when arc or parabola is as the turning curve of grooved drum of glass fiber winder, a concept of sextic turning curve is proposed, its motion equation is deduced, and its motion law is analyzed. The research shows that using grooved drum with sextic polynomial turning curve can effectively improve the motion characteristics of thread guide and avoid flexible impact at the turning segment of grooved drum. The acceleration change in the whole turning zone is gradually and continuously. The vibration impact tests of grooved drums with arc turning curve and with sextic polynomial turning curve are compared, and which verifies that using the latter can reduce the flexible impact at the turning segment of grooved drum, thus reducing vibration and noise and prolonging the service life of thread guide.
